The 22-XCOMM-DC-BASE provides a direct network connection for PowerFlex 4-Class drives. The desired
22-COMM-* communication adapter (purchased separately) is installed inside the base and up to five PowerFlex 4-Class
drives can be connected via an RS485 daisy-chain (Multi-Drive). Control / status information and parameter
read / write can be performed on all of the drives. DriveExecutive and DriveExplorer can also access each drive.
