offering to include the 1
85A SMC-Flex thus expanding the SMC-Flex product line to cover an Amp range of 1...480A.
The SMC-Flex takes softstarting to new dimensions by reducing both product size and the total cost to
the customer. As standard, the SMC-Flex includes electronic overload, integral bypass, modular communication
capabilities, motor starting capabilities for both star-delta and standard squirrel-cage induction motors, advanced
protection and diagnostics in a compact, maintainable, modular, cost effective package.

Approved for North American applications, the 1492-MC product line for branch circuit
protection expands to include Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter circuit breakers for personnel protection and Ground
Fault Equipment Protection circuit breakers for equipment protection. The Allen-Bradley Bulletin 1492-MC is designed
and manufactured to meet the requirements of UL489 and CSA 22.2 No. 5.1 to provide Branch Circuit Protection.
UL489 Circuit Breakers provide a variety of product configurations by offering current ranges of 10
amp to 100 amp and 120/240V AC or 240V AC control. The 1492-MC DIN rail-mounted circuit breakers are either 1/2" or 1"
wide. Ground Fault Sensing versions are also available for GFCI (5mA) and GFEP (30mA) applications.

Rockwell Automation is pleased to introduce the new, hazardous-location approved
timers to the DIN rail mounted timing relay line. These new timers have 90% of the functionality of the current 700-FS
timer family and are now suitable for hazardous location applications.
Features and benefits:
- Has a timing rage from 0.05 seconds to 60.0 hours.
- The multi-function timing helps reduce stock and standardizes design.
- Capable of different voltages for supply and pulse control.
- Relays switch automatically between 24 to 240V AC and 24 to 48V DC.

safety.
