Remanufacturing Services

All modules sent to Rockwell Automation are remanufactured, a level of service only performed by the original equipment manufacturer or their authorized representatives. This is the most thorough of the repair service options and entails an eight step approach to ensure the quality that you have come to expect from Rockwell Automation.
 

RepairPlus

Rockwell offers a comprehensive repair service that covers over 80,000 items from 1500+ manufacturers. These repairs go through our Circuit Performance Reliability diagnostics process that checks the entire unit for damage, even if the source problem is found early in the process. All repaired units are covered by a full one-year warranty that covers the entire unit, not just the repaired components.

Exchange Program

For critical applications where equipment needs to be brought online quickly we offer an exchange program for 15,000+ catalog items backed by a $75 million parts inventory. These are maintained at our global network of parts HUBs providing you with next day delivery* and emergency service 24 hours-a-day, 365 days a year.

 Install Base Evaluation

One of the first steps in reducing spare parts cost is through an evaluation of your company's installed base of electrical and electronic equipment and spare inventory. Our comprehensive evaluation considers how electrical and electronic equipment is used in various applications and environmental conditions, while considering your maintenance history. We also look into how your company is managing its Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) inventory, as well as repair and maintenance procedures.

After our evaluation, you will receive a comprehensive analysis that identifies product locations and a list of critical, excess, and insufficient spares for this equipment. We also provide an overview of current MRO practices and make recommendations for improvement. This detailed information can help you make an informed decision about managing MRO inventory levels, procedures, and costs without sacrificing downtime.
