 ProtectionPlus Drives Services

Integration and start-up of your system does not need to be complex and time consuming. With ProtectionPlus Drives Start-up Services from Rockwell Automation, you can leverage the extensive product and industry experience of Rockwell Automation technicians to quickly commission drives and reduce the time between integration and actual start-up.

ProtectionPlus Services verify drive installation to ensure proper electrical, mechanical and environmental criteria are met. This includes verification of power and I/O wiring to the drive, custom drive configuration/tuning to meet application specific requirements, and diagnosing/troubleshooting problems that occur during a stand alone drive start-up.

ProtectionPlus can also extend an eligible product parts warranty and add labour warranty.

With a Techconnect Support Program, your site is always connected to Rockwell Automation's world-class phone and electronic technical support for both software and hardware. Whether you need help installing, configuring, and maintaining equipment and software, managing software and flash firmware versions, diagnosing and fixing operational problems, or completing basic programming tasks, we deliver the tools and answers you need to get and keep your industrial equipment up and running.

Techconnect Support Programs are developed state of the art call centers that directly route customers to the product specialist who can answer their question immediately. Each support specialist has the tools and equipment to simulate customer problems and answer your questions accurately.
 

 RASA's - Rockwell Automation Support Agreements

We are here to help you reduce breakdowns, maintain or improve production levels, speed product changeovers, and extend equipment service life. These are the cornerstones to Rockwell Automation Support Agreements. We can provide the support you need to keep labour and equipment costs low, and productivity rates high, leading to better bottom line results. Our strategies include; developing customized plans to accomplish your goals, creating log books for equipment baseline, develop training session schedule, equipment enhancement recommendations, maintenance staff assistance, plus the use of appropriate preventative, predictive, and proactive maintenance tools.
