 Trade Electric understands the critical role productive employees play in an
effective manufacturing strategy. That is why we have partnered with Rockwell Automation to offer you a variety
of training solutions so you can improve employee performance with Rockwell Automation products.

| 1. Value Account |
We recognize that many of our customers make substantial investments in their
employees to ensure they receive the training they need. We offer a discount program called Value Accounts
that allows companies to take advantage of better pricing.
How it works:
- Contribute $5000 to your Value Account and Rockwell Automation will contribute an additional 5% to your account.
- Deposit $10,000 and receive 10%.
- On a $15,000 purchase, you will receive an additional 15%.
Once your Value Account has been established, it can be used to purchase any Rockwell Automation
training offerings, and the money is simply deducted from your account.

| 2. On-Site/Customized Training |
Do you have a large group of employees requiring the same training? Instead of
sending them to one of our training facilities, it may be more economical to send a Rockwell Automation instructor
to your site.
Custom training increases plant productivity by meeting the unique performance requirements of
employees. With a focus on job and plant specific objectives, based upon custom applications, software programs,
and hardware configurations, custom training maximizes the value and reduces the total cost of training.

| 3. Scheduled Courses |
We also offer the option of attending scheduled training courses available
in Cambridge and Brampton.
